Can I do an exchange if the sizing/fitting don’t fit me?
We do accept exchange within 7 days after purchase or you may return your item and store credit will be refunded for your next purchase. You may use it to purchased your preferred item. We only accept returns for items that are in its original condition (with tag attached, unworn, unwashed and unaltered). You will be issued a store credit equivalent to the purchase price of each returned item(s). Delivery fees to return your order, if any, will not be refunded.
*Purchase of sale items (eg : Member price, Mother's day codes, X’mas codes and other special codes), intimates, accessories, swim wear, bag and specifically stated non-returnable items are final and cannot be returned.

Please ensure that the items you return are in their original condition, complete with price tags and labels, and have not been washed or altered in any way. We cannot accept returns, exchange and/or refunds for pre-ordered items, promotional items, or items that have been altered. Thank you for your understanding.
I found a defect on my item but I've already washed it. What should I do?
We're unable to accept your return as it has been washed. Please check your item upon receipt.
The color looks different from the website.
Color of products may vary due to studio lighting used and please allow 20% of color variation in real products as compared to actual products. It may appear darker or lighter. Exchanges due to this reason will be charged a processing fee.

An Initial Shipping Fee will be charged accordingly if free shipping had been provided for the order and total of your order is below the minimum of free shipping amount after returned item(s) price had been deducted from your order. *RM10.00(WM) RM15.00(EM).
All Item(s) must be returned in original condition (unaltered, unworn, unwashed and with tags intact)
Not applicable for Sale items, accessories and specifically stated non-returnable items.
Orders placed using discount codes are not applicable for exchange and returns.
All items must be shipped back within 7 working days upon item received.
Buyers hold full responsibility until the parcel reach us.
We recommend using courier services with tracking numbers so as to minimize the risk of loss parcel.
We only refund in credit term. No cash refund(s) are allowed.
All return/exchange request will be processed within 7 working days upon receipt of returned items.
Return will not be accepted if we do not receive the original receipt and/or original product tags.
All returns which do not meet the above-mentioned criteria will be strictly declined and forfeited.
Sales items may have slight defects/color discrepancies/measurements discrepancies and are strictly not returnable.
